If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Free 3 Months Trial

We offer a free 3 months trial period to allow potential customers to evaluate our Services before making a purchase. During this trial period, You have full access to all the features and functionality of our platform. As no payment is required during the trial period, no refunds will be issued.

Invoicing and Billing

Once the trial period ends and You decide to continue using our Services, any invoicing will be done on the first day of the following month. This invoice will reflect the amount consumed for the previous month of service. Since we do not charge upfront for any service, refunds will not be provided for any payments made after the completion of the billing cycle.

No Upfront Charges

Our billing model does not involve charging upfront for our Services. This means that any payment made is for the Services consumed during the previous month. As a result, we do not offer refunds for any amount paid for the following month's Services.

Exceptions

While our general policy is not to issue refunds, we understand that there may be exceptional circumstances. Cancellation and Termination
